You can't be serious...Kerry has been a disaster as SOS. North Korea is testing nuclear bombs at will, Russia is hacking anything it wants and is taking sovereign land when it wants too, the dead bodies keep piling up in Syria, and the 400 million of US tax payer money he helped parachute in the middle of the night to Iran.
