Except Blackpink the other female group that debuted this year is Gugudan, IOI, IBI, CIVA, A.De, Sol-T, Matilda, WJSN.
Seeing how Blackpink has 0 physical sales so they have to rely on their singles 100%, and how they didn't promoted also. And also the fact they have no CF deal out of YG.
IOI is the winner, but do they count, if not, Gugudan or WJSN have a better chances.
