I'm shocked Columbia hasn't updated Adele's, but Interscope is very lazy (PRA/IGF) when it comes to certifications.

isn´t just dance only at 7 million sales? what´s the streaming stats on it? not even 100 million total on spotify and just 205 million on YT, and it´s a very global song so i don´t see how the the total streaming can justify 3 million Streaming equivalent units.
