Y&I have that anthemic vibe at a stadium, she can bring a guest to perform the song with her (maybe Bruce or Brian May again), change the line "My cool Nebraska guy" to "My cool Texas guy"... woo that would be iconic and honestly i can totally imagine that.

TEOG is an obvious closer, she needs to perform that too.

For me the setlist would be:

2. Just Dance
3. Bad Romance (with a rock transition at the end)
4. Perfect Illusion
5. A song of the special guest featuring her

As long as she doesn't perform Born This Way nor any song from ARTPOP everything's gonna be ok. Bring Bruce, Sting or Brian May for You and I OR Tony Bennett (he's done a lot for her both personally and professionally and clearly deserves to live the experience of performing at the SB before he passes), but just one guest please.

Little choreo please. It's never been her thing and it really affects her vocals.

Not very weirs outfits. I'd rather have headlines next day focusing on her voice and performance skills than in "lady gaga shows up in a ..... dress at the SB".
