For simplicity, it kinda makes sense to make September all about Perfect Illusion (not that they've really done that) and then use October to push 'Joanne' - so keep the promo singles for Oct 7/14. It just divides cleanly into 'single month' and 'album month' I reckon. That might be the plan?
