I thought Rise will be a #1 but lbr.The song had 0 potential It was low-tempo single released in the middle of the summer.And Katy isn't known for such slow-tempo songs.

-- Announced the single a week prior, garnering more publicity / hype
-- Released the MV teaser vids leading up to the song's release
-- Released the actual music video alongside the single release, NO NBC video
-- No Apple Music exclusive; 1 banner would have been enough, just get Hot Songs promo
-- Maximum Spotify playlist payola; first song slot on all the hit playlists
-- No DNC performance, just perform "Roar" and announce "Rise" being available to buy
-- Ryan Seacrest, Elvis Duran, Ellen Degeneres interviews all in the same week
-- Radio deal

It would 100% have debuted Top 5, possible #1 debut.
