I don't blame you. I am so enamoured of the records I own, but I seldom play any of them as I find other methods of listening to be just as pleasant and so much more convenient. I don't think there's anything wrong with collecting just to have and hold.
I know you love her '90s stuff. Ray Of Light is reissued next month, so perhaps you'll want to wait for that one. Bedtime Stories, on the other hand, had its turn a few weeks ago, and the pressing is quite lush. Recommended.
Back in the '90s, Bedtime Stories was only available as an LP record in Germany and in Brazil, so last month's repress was a big deal. Before it, the album was pretty much impossible to find on vinyl for less than $100.
I have no idea when the incident happened, but I am choosing to believe it was long before the release of her Winner In You album. (Not Madonna's mean streak being the secret inspiration behind Oh, People.
