The fact that there seems to be more than one ballad is intetesting! Usually her ballads are the same, but I imagine these will have some diversity. I also wonder if Rick returned.

Not confirmed, but US Weekly three times tweeted it, they did it also AFTER NFL said the decision has not been made.

I'm excited for more ballads. I've never exactly loved her ballads...(like, it's usually the production that I don't like). So, I'm hoping for a ballad with softer vocals I guess. I don't think it'll happen (I really want a ballad ala Kylie- see sig below)

Yeah, but think about the time span between each of her albums/EP. It's gotten longer.

TF (2008), TFM (2009) = 1 year
TFM, BTW (2011) = 2 years
BTW, ARTPOP (2013) = 2 years
ARTPOP, Joanne (2016) = 3 years

I need her to go back to either one year, and do an album every two years and an EP in between each album, or do an album every two years.

EDIT: Even better, do an album every two years, and a remix album in between each album, because her remix albums slay.

Unfortunately it's not that simple. If PI had been released by Katy then it would have been widely acclaimed and still smashing. Gaga hasn't been musically relevant, but also no one cares about her except the fans. Making 'catchy' music isn't even half of the 'solution.' If something of Joanne becomes a hit it's because it reasonsated well with the public, which is fickle and has poor taste, and not because it was crafted to be so.

This is true, but it also has to do with what she looks like/what she wears. Her outfits used to turn so many people off. I like that she's wearing normal clothes now. However, this is a Britney vs Christina situation. One is popular for their sex appeal, while the other can actually sing.

I have a strong feeling we'll get the preorder this Friday, most likely with the runtime of the promo track, possible the tracklist and runtime of every other track. Then promo track released next Friday, because that's right between release of PI and album release, so it'll hold fans over.

well, we're getting the "A Star is Born" soundtrack next year, which i imagine will be heavy with gaga-only tracks, so hopefully the next album is coming 2018 (unless she releases a RedOne only ep sometime in 2017, with the re-release of Joanne )
