RTW doesn't beat it cuz there was no expectation. Never Again peaked in the Top 10. Madonna's later singles don't count cuz she was way past her prime. So I don't really know what could beat this. It's just shocking. Not a single green update ever. I've never seen this.

It's... not a good song, as you yourself have admitted. And frankly, the fact that they thought this was the song with the highest chance at success from 'Joanne' is pretty alarming.
