I'm a very new Madonna fan by the way - i've loved her music for some years now and i listened to her sometimes when i was a kid and related people to me listened to her - have some nice memories of listening to "Take A Bow" which is probably my favorite Madonna song ever (maybe, there are so many epic songs tho)
I have listened to her discography but there are lots of songs i haven't heard yet and lots of history i don't know yet but she's incridible and i'm getting there (being a real fan) someday.

It sounds a bit silly, but I swear to God if you go deeper and deeper into Madonna's catalog and her history, there'll be days when you feel like she's your best friend. She's pulled all of us through some tough times, I imagine.
I always tell people being a Madonna fan is wrapping yourself up in a universe of albums, looks, imagery, tours, videos, interviews, where she's been, who she's met, what she's done, it's a bottomless pit and it's utterly intoxicating.
If you ever have like 9559291 dollars, find yourself a copy of last year's edition of Encyclopedia Madonnica and start reading. It's a compendium of pretty much everything we know about Madonna and it's so much fun to go through.
