Red Velvet still does nothing to me, I listened to the majority of ICC and The Red when I was traveling last week and maybe like one song caught my attention. Russian Roulette is a qt 7-8/10 but not a 100% bop that SM is capable of delivering.

Having just listened to Red Velvet's discography (minus The Velvet cause who has the time), I can confirm that

The Red > Ice Cream Cake > Russian Roulette > The Velvet

Ice Cream Cake is better quality perhaps but has less bops than The Red, but for the most part they're entirely interchangeable.
