if it is a tour, please have also international dates, it's such a damn shame that most joint tours are limited to the US, with the only luck being an additional overseas date, but never a full joint world tour.
Rih is shooting movies and promoting another at the remainder of the year so if It's a tour It will be short like The Monster Tour. I don't think its an album though.
