She doesn't try hard to portray the sentiment as it just comes, during Stay she was understated yet the emotion was just as potent, Diamonds too.
she's more passionate during LOTB because it incites a stronger emotion in her and we're all able to feel that. In contrast, you have beyst who sings Pray You Catch Me beautifully in the technical sense, yet devoid of any passion.
