Aside of from that render, there's an actual skin texture for them.
As it was included in the survey
Anyways, this kinda sound promising but I am not hyping myself until I see the actual trailer which I'm expecting soon (in Sept?).

They didn't make apartments out to be a big deal. It's expected apartment living would be offered, but they briefly mentioned it, which made people assume it would be like Late Night. Cute idea, nothing major (literally a floating house, disguised as a loft) whereas Sims 2 actually had proper apartments with neighbours, landlords etc.
However, apartments will be a huge feature of this pack according to insiders who have seen the box art. The pic we got today is the front pic of the box art.
As I mentioned, the pack has a HUGE focus on apartments. Where as in Late Night, the trailer briefly showed apartments but they weren't that crash hot.
Basically, from what's been said, this is a city version of Apartment Life, not Late Night 2.0. which is what the survey was:
They survey was Late Night 2.0 without celebrities. This pack will be city version of Apartment Life.
More focus on Apartment Objects, Landlords, Neighbors, less on going out to hot spots, clubs, film stars or bands etc.
There will be some things to do downtown, but not as heavy as Late Night, which had bars, lounges, clubs, hotspots, bouncers etc.
I'm gonna ask more questions though. I wonder if the rest of the box art will leak.
The photo we have is a scan of the cover, which is why it's not HD.
