I don't think she's at the VMAs. MTV didn't show her seat on snapchat & I'm pretty sure they would if she was attending since she's a big star (assuming they don't wanna keep her as a surprise)
I feel like her team have given up and are just vaguely searching twitter to see what fans are suggesting, but then are too incompetent to make sure it goes to plan (DNC performance, video release), check it won't cause issues with other promo (DNC performance), or that it is still necessary and would be beneficial or not (VMAs)
