Dragons were a big part of medieval folk stories. I don't oppose having every other cast member be of a different race but you also have to realize that most of the cast are divided by family, which means they all have to be the same race. If they cast two white people as the parents then all the kids have to be white too. If one of the parents was black then all their kids would have to be realistically mixed race looking, or half Asian or whatever. Casting everyone white simplifies things, and also considering where it's filmed, getting white actors is a lot easier because the vast majority of people auditioning are white in the first place. You're going to see it as evil racism so whatever.
There's only been a handful of hispanic actors in the whole series (the Dorne people, again, it's about family) so as a Hispanic man it would have been nice to see more, but I also understand that it would be really odd and take you out of the series to have people talk with a strong accent in the midst of all the white European upper class English accents

It's about what's best for the plot and the quality of the series, not to appease SJWs.
