That's how it use to be though. It use to be spread out, not one every year. I'm not opposed to Rih getting it. However it seems like they're just handing it out now to keep people happy. JT def. should not have received it. That was a wasted year. And they could have honestly waited until after Lem. to give it to Bey, because her MV stock has gained considerably since then. But how was anyone to know that should would have topped ST?

The Vanguard goes to artists who have iconic videos, so I would expect them to honor an artist who actually has an iconic video.
