She started to write PRISM on November, 2012. In an interview from like April 2013 she said she was halfway trough the record and we got it
in late October.

Right, she needs to be featured on a song to tide us over. Rise will not satisfy me for 4 - 5 months at best. Capitol and her team are useless, no wonder they lost so much money from Tori.
That interview was tragic and that album needs to be near magnum opus and no filler to be worth the wait.
I still think this isn't the right time for her to come back. She's too confusing about the record and this is a sigh it will be messier than PRISM. Rooting for a 2018 release to be honest.
