Pretty much already answered this in the last question, but I'll answer again. For me, it'll be a mix of what I think feels right. After having witnessed and been on the great panel this season, I know what works, so I already have an idea of how it should run. Bearing in mind, PH is totally different to any game. Already having relationships with people means I have ideas about who may be trustworthy or interesting on the panel and easy to work with, but that doesn't wholly mean anything to me - I'd have to have open applications too, because I think everybody deserves a fair chance to prove themselves that they should be on the panel in the same way that I did. Despite knowing a lot of players already, I don't have any shortlist already because I'm looking to be as unbiased as possible. Like I said - I'm mostly looking for dedicated people who aren't basically going to be a waste of time. I need people who, like me, are going to put a lot of time and care into this game - not for our own sake, but for the contestants. I need a panel who, like us this season, can communicate really well between us, give good advice to the contestants, but also be able to make the season entertaining and fun.
