The simple fact is Katy isn't done writing/recording and so the reason why there are so many dates flying around is because nobody knows and everyone's just trying to guess something so in retrospect they can be like "look I was right!!1 insider knowledge~~" Don't do that to yourselves. It's pretty clear nothing is coming until at least 2017; lead single or album.

Watch radios start to pick up Rise now that Gaga's announced her lead in order to reignite the Katy vs. Gaga "feud". They'd be that petty.
