None of this has to do with Tiffany or SM's handling of the situation, and all to do with the government's agenda re: missiles, which they are helpless against.
I know you probably haven't looked into Tiffany's situation enough to know this, but pretty much all of the stuff you've been saying on the issue has been incorrect.

Block B is known by the public they are the bad guys with all these scandals attached to them. They had that HUGE scandal in 2012 that ended being completely banned from TV or Radio in Korea. They had like petition to be banned forever going with 20k upvotes for it.
All their scandals were pretty HUGE compared to some scandal we can see or read on the daily.
But they have something that help them, since debut they have a good team behind their back to handle press conference, having apology letters or video, and do stuffs to give back to the community (like some charity like their Breast Cancer charity concert or the donation for disabled kids).
Block B might be no SNSD but they still have good sales in Korea, like they are in a flop era that is selling 44k albums and 2 top 5 songs.
So yeah Tiffany/SM are handling this the wrong way. A letter and quite down, this is more huge than Tzuyu, since it's basically in Korea, an apology faced to the press would have had more impact than just a sorry without even telling why you're sorry.
