If you have no interest in sleazy hookups that will lead to psychological damage later on in life, then I'd recommend deleting it.
But that's just me. Maybe you will actually use it productively! Just make sure you're careful and smart.. And know your limits and morals. That's my advice. As far as the picture is concerned, I wouldn't care too much unless you have some sort of image requirements to maintain.
