as a non-katy fan, i have no problem admitting when katy releases a good song...this is not one of those songs. I can see why the GP doesn't seem to be connecting.

I think it's more of a hit or miss. TOTGA was really a hit and still gets played nowadays, same with WA. On the other hand, well, TOY, Unc and Rise
