FIRST OF ALL, we just had a vote of gun legislation. Almost every Democrat voted for it. Of course they'll do it again and this time the pressure will be on especially if Hillary wins by a healthy or better, big margin. Nothing could be done this year because it's election year so it's suspected. Again you're doubting her which I wouldn't do. Millions of Americans will be closely watching Republicans in Congress next year and if they dare obstruct they won't win their seats back. Watch.

Hillary won't have to fight for a moderate Justice. She can pick whoever she wants, especially if we get a Democrat Senate majority. You seem to can't grasp that concept.

She got fired because she came off biased. But it doesn't matter. Everyone knew Bernie, but millions rejected him which is why Hillary won. LOL. She didn't steal the election so stop saying that dumb ass conspiracy theory.

A lot don't though...you got millions of people in the US right now stockpiling guns and ammo thinking Obama is ready to take their guns and 2nd amendment rights away.

The difference is that when those moderate democrats have an actual vote on the line that could potentially effect their political future when their constituents are pro gun, they would be more hesitant to make that same vote as they did when they knew the legislation had no chance of passing.
