So she's not performing the second single at the VMAs? Great. What made her team think it was a good idea to perform the already free-falling lead single?

y'all are being a LITTLE dramatic. if we can make it through a damn album that she barely sings on, we can make it through this.
at least she's back to having normal pop star problems. i'd rather our biggest issue being a scrapped video instead of looking like she downed a bottle of xanax just to get through a "performance".
idk maybe i'm just more optimistic than y'all. i had no huge expectations going into this era & the music is already delivering more than it has in forever, she's dancing her ass off & putting on GREAT performances again & she's actually doing a bit of promotion. the whole video situation is god awful but you're making it bigger than it is. i feel like i can give her a tiny bit of leeway because she's actually getting herself back out there & being her complete self again and 7 years of awfulness & being dead inside doesn't go away overnight.
Stop using this excuse. How much longer are we supposed continue scraping by on hope and dreams of past glory. Why does every era have to be torture, we do not deserve this, we are the most loyal fan base there is

Whether it's shaving her head and attacking cars, being a boring fat uninteresting housewife on national television, lip synching for a decade or not not singing on her albums, she has been getting by on her legacy and on our backs and she and/or her team still wont cut us some slack. Which other stan base would pull their faves through all these awful scenarios and help her maintain some semblance of success?

The thing is not only normal fan base but her celebrity fanbase has kept getting bigger and bigger since Circus era. Espcially during FF era, every celeb was stanning her
1 year since she became a good performer again.
