BD has international appeal while the only format Everyday could potentially smash is Urban.

I'm worried now though because Side To Side is clearly meant for summer with its reggae vibes, but Into You still hasn't peaked yet and summer is coming to an end. They might have to hold Side To Side off until next summer, but by then, it might be too late for it to smash.

It's the most logical song for a VMA performance so I feel like maybe they'll just release it whilst Into You is smashing.

Didn't Ariana say somewhere she has one of those deals where you hold off on promo in exchange for a big promo spot (usually the debut performance of a new single). That could be for STS at the VMAs.

The tour won't be done until the second half of 2017 so it's logical for her to keep the era alive with videos until then.

I feel like we'll get a lot of videos for album tracks like the extended version of Knew Better she's planning for the tour and hopefully Moonlight.

Okay time for a mini rant

WHY IN GOD'S NAME WOULD ARIANA RELEASE FOCUS WHEN SHE HAD GEMS LIKE INTO YOU, GREEDY AND EVERYDAY IN HER POCKET.

If she wanted a funk influenced song, she could have released Greedy. Given the amazing video/choreo, it would have instantly smashed and been a career defining single - the other ex-acts could not have pulled that off.

I refuse to believe that she was paid to release it, because no one in a right state of mind. It seems like something Scooter pushed to make a little more $$$ (considering she made jack **** from her $40 million + tour). However, Scooter liked tweets that suggests Ariana wanted to release it

(btw, i have conspiracy theory that focus was released after doughnut gate so that the "re invent myself image could smash. Since Focus was deemed awful but DW was deemed amazing, the polar opposites would only show her development)

It was bc of Focus that Ariana worked hard and created those gems from DW. If it wasn't for the backlash, we would probably have Problem 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 and more Break Frees rn. Y'all need to give Focus the credits it deserves.

Focus was recorded in MAY, the lyric video for the single has scenes of her and her friends dancing to it in June/July. Ariana, $cooter and her label all just legitimately though that Problem 2.0 would be a smash (I have no idea why?)

Also, this isn't getting more than 4 singles guys. It's underperformed and without a discount sells like 2k a week ( ) By the time she'd release single 5 it'd be down to like 500 copies ( )
