"Today Was a Fairytale" didn't sell enough to pass up "TiK ToK" is airplay. Taylor had virtually no airplay that week. She was looking at only about 327.000 points, while Ke$ha, was looking at about 345.000 points that week, making Ke$ha #1. This week, Taio was able to sell enough to keep ahead of airplay monsters TiK ToK and Imma Be, because their airplay figures aren't that big now. If "BedRock"'s sales were to all-of-a-sudden explode, then it would hit #1 because it's airplay is massive right now.
