I kinda like the album cover...It's not jaw-dropping, but it isn't awful either. I like the simple album title too. I wonder if she picked that herself.

She never had a show on the date of the VMAs, she had shows on the 26th and 27th and cancelled both. They've been rescheduled for October and January
