Yes, as countless people have testified to in the past
She's never been exposed for lack of input in her songs in the way Gaga has so my point stands

According to Rolling Stone, McKee stayed up all night writing the lyrics. When Perry was presented the song, she shouted "We're buying you a car!" by the time she heard the third line.
Do you have the link? I can't find the article that came from
Either way Bonnie has always been a bitter crackhead mad that her career never took off so she always tries to take credit for Katy's, she doesn't count

Katy probably forced them to delete the article
There's many more receipts of BonBon exposing her anyway
Katy's lyrics are objectively better than Gaga's, as shown by her lyrics and songs becoming remembered and referenced classics while Gaga's become forgotten like 6 months after release

The Macarena is more remembered than Joni Mitchell, are those better lyrics?
If bonnie Mckee were half as talented as she thinks she is then she would be able to write herself a halfway decent song or a moderate hit. Sia and Ryan Tedder have no problem with their booming solo careers
