Well, we don't know that for sure yet, pending Billboard's numbers.
But I'll say that Drake being #1 on the albums chart doesn't bother me too much when the competition is so poor. With individual weeks, it mostly bothered me with Red Hot Chili Peppers (108k<33k = 227%, 75k) and Blake (153k<50k = 206%, 103k).
The next big announced release is still a month off with Florida Georgia Line.
SPS lows, mostly set that disastrous week of The Descendants being #1:

9 20k, 8 22k, 7 26k, 6 27k, 5 27k
4 30k, 3 35k, 2 37k
