The last country #1 was Amazed by Lonestar (2000). The last country top ten was Need You Now (2010) or Begin Again/Red (2012), although the latter two were fueled by first-week sales and weren't radio-built hits.
Edit - oh, I guess you could say Cruise (2013), but that got a heavy pop remix after its run on country.
