Like, I literally don't get how ANYONE could stan for that thing. She has no redeeming attributes, other than Lena Heady, her flawless portrayal.
Don't forget that she brought the faith militant in, KNOWING that she's committed several likely cardinal sins herself (adultery and incest), with multiple witnesses, plus her incest with jaime being something of an open secret (been referenced a few times, Jon Arryn and Ned Stark figured it out, at the very least). She was also willing to execute innocents (Tyrion and Sansa) for Joffrey's assassination, which further highlights both how dumb she is (it was LF & Goddess Olenna), and further highlights how everything she does backfires as that led Tyrion into the arms of Dany (now as her hand, he'll be the best tool at her disposal to destroy Cersei and navigate what's left of the great houses), and that led Sansa ultimately to taking back Winterfell and eliminating the only ally the Lannisters might have had in the north (so there's no fleeing there when Dany comes for that ass
) If she didn't do that, they might have simply been additional casualties of the wildfire explosion.
