While I don't agree with summer boy being.a single, I DO agree that she should keep releasing singles from the fame. That album was nowhere near done.

How can they premiere the music video on the weekend that it's getting its official release in the UK?
Do they only care about the US?

It is really stupid, she could easily have been number one next week had the video been released this week and on the back of the JR performance last night, Rude Boy would have been the main competition. I'm not really sure what to expect from this song in the UK now. I hope it goes Top 5 anyway. A weak chart performance does not bode well for future single releases from TFM.

I know that they had to fit it in with Bey's schedule as well but I distinctly remember them both having breaks for 3 days in early January when they could have shot the video.

I know her videos are amazing and everything but really the wait for them is getting ridiculous, if it's going to take months to edit the videos then maybe she should think about shooting them earlier so that they're ready for whenever they're needed.

i don't think it's her manager fault at all

they shot the video one month ago

gaga was very busy ( and she had some problems) so they couldn't have recorded the video before the end of jan

and we all know that gaga want her videos to be perfect.. so it needs at least 5 weeks

the problem is that usa and canada radios have already played it ad nauseam

i don't think there will be problems in europe where radios are still playing bad romance

Exactly. Quite poor planning on her management's part. I am really shocked. It seems evident that they intended to have it out earlier - maybe Monday as Kirill said but were very near-sighted in their thinking and have had to delay it.

she should alternate. That way the fame can sell 5mil+ & the fame monster can go double platinum

she cannot release an album later this year. WAY too soon. She must be exhausted. I want her to keep the fire in her eyes. When she performs she usually does bur lately she's been so tired she is losing her drive
