I was actually going through the categories and was wondering if Adele would be eligible in the best visual effects category for Hello. I assumed no so figured she wouldn't get nominated in that category (I completely forgot SML was literally 100% visual effects). SML wasn't even on my radar when it came to VMA nominations as I never thought it would get one. It's a pleasant surprise.
