Thinking it through, it's not completely your fault, GaGa also said it was coming "this week" about 2 weeks ago, and again today ( shot tuesday), neither of which have/are happening so we'd have those rumours even if you hadn't posted them.
I'm getting pissed off now. All the planning is a mess and I thought she would have the video out as soon as possible. It seems like they are taking their sweet old time with the video. When you have a release date, you should stick with it!!

I realize, once the video releases, it'll boost the song enough to get a nice peak (maybe #1) and longevity. Then you think about it, the song is already insanely high on radio and will begin peaking sometime in April. If "Alejandro" is really coming out in early May, it'll actually be perfecting time for it.
Would be a different situation if "Telephone" was just now taking off on radio.
