Exactly, sis. Which raise another interesting question. Why aren't album sales also broken down into single sales? It's essentially the same double dipping process but in reverse.
So 25 has sold 18 million albums. So it's individual songs should have TEA (10 tracks = 1 album) applied in reverse as AET (1 album = 10 tracks). So each song is at a base of 1.8 million tracks sold plus whatever it has sold individually. Or something like that.

My thing is for instance

tracks 1-20 at minimum were streamed 1M times in a week then I could see THAT being added.
but if one track is streamed 60M another 20M and the rests between 750k-5M how does that equate to a full album being streamed to count as an album unit.
It never counted with physical cds or digitals.
I called it out instantly maybe because of my business background I think in terms of numbers.
In any event, they probably don't want to do that because they know it won't make much of a difference in terms of adding to pure sales
