It did begin cuz of the song. All those Madonna comparisons + "Lady Gaga steals from other artists" thing began right when BTW came out.

That was when a lot of people started to turn on her. Of course, it also had to do with the fact that she was so openly pro-gay rights etc. but yeah.

I think you are referring to the instrumental called Organ (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organ_(music)). I love it too and I hope she will incorporate it somehow on LG5. One can only hope...
