True. I find that A LOT of people in my circles are like these...I am clingy, but I think this is because I usually have a sense of void in me or my body. Like, it's as if I hadn't been fulfilled when I was child, if we draw on Freud and other (masculinist) theorists like this. I usually have confidence issues, but I am working on these. The result: I am taking on a more independent or autonomous role, resulting me in being less clingy or mouth-watering for guys -- every guy I see, or almost every one of them. So, I think my clinginess is plastic...it can be changed.

I am also trying to change this, because there are so many correlates and factors in life. In my own situation, I see so many people a day and go almost everywhere. So, it's pointless for me to eye on, or zone in on, something and obsess over it. For me these fixations aren't really good and helpful to my well-being in the long run, and I like to feel good.
