I can warm to Kaine, he seems like a nice guy and obviously is very experienced. I'd be excited to see him debate Mike Pence, since it sounds like Tim was the more successful Governor.
Kaine is popular in VA, and VA is in MUCH better shape than IN. He would crush Pence.

It's going to be Senator Kaine. There was a TK event in my city yesterday, celebrating all that he's done for the state.
He's a great man who I've had the honor to meet. He is beloved by both parties here and will be a unifier. No, he isn't a part of the Progressive Wing, but he's still a liberal.
Considering that I literally despise everything related to Trump, I do not say this lightly:
Ivanka is brilliant, and one of the few steady hands in this campaign. I think she's progressive, but is backing her father's campaign because family. There's already been rumors that she tried to tone down her father's rhetoric on a plethora of issues.
Quite honestly, I see political office in her future. She's one to watch.
As for the VP pic, it's going to be Kaine, but Perez is the best choice out of those left in the running.
