This is borderline parodic. He keeps bringing up the police to thunderous applause as if they're all innocent endangered victims that need protection. He's just going out of his way to flip the script against BLM.
Why am I agreeing with a lot of what he is saying?
Because anyone can point out what's wrong w/o any real plans for resolution.
His diagnosis of America's ills isn't wrong (though his attribution is all over the place), but he's not laying out any concrete scrutinize-able plans. He's just feeding empty rhetoric.
