Tim Kaine IS from Virginia. He was Mayor, L. Governor, Governor, and now Senator and has never lost an election. Virginia is a swing state, and if she wins that with Colorado, Nevada, and NC as we suspect, Hillary is the president without Ohio, Penn, Iowa, NH, or Florida.
He was a Top 2 finalist in '08 with Biden for Obama. And Obama said he supports this pick for Hillary.
