So...I came out to my best friend ever before arriving to the US (didn't even have the balls to say gay so I said I was bi) and she looked at me like she was scared or something, it was so awkward. She was fine with it though, and told me not to come out to my parents just to be safe. Why was it so awkward though? Will we still be friends as usual?
