Can you link article you read this? None of what you said is going to bring enough revenue and that money not will go to just education costs. How will it be spent? Just to ensure loans? That doesn't keep college costs from rising. What is her plan for that? She says she will hold schools accountable for costs but gives no details how, What power will she have, especially when most schools are regulated on a state level?

Well she already said she hasn't released all the details yet, and she'll do some events in the future going into further detail and I'm positive it'll come up during the debates. But her and Democrats whole message has been about closing loopholes and tax breaks. I believe her.
But let's not be gullible, even on my part. Nothing will get done without Congress and Governors and local efforts helping her. They'll need to change the budget and prioritize what we spend our money on. I know one way we can bring money back into the economy. For one, close GITMO which we spend over $100M a year holding 91 prisoners. That alone will save us $1B over the next decade.
