I don't get it. 130K for an Olympics song isn't bad at all. Especially since it had absolutely no hype.

Katy is not Beyoncé. A surprise release doesn't work for every artist, no matter how big. Coldplay's album, Anti & Drake's Mixtape are the perfect examples of this.

Clearly y'all think 130k is terrible and wouldn't be dragging Katy if you thought for a minute Gaga would do less. So it's either hypocritical or you think Gaga can do better. They're the only 2 options.

The thing is, it is LITERALLY a buzz single and has been marketed as such since day one. It's to create buzz for the Olympics, not KP4. 130k isn't amazing but it's not awful like y'all are making it out to be. It will have longevity thru the whole Olympic campaign and Katy's proper lead will obviously do much better straight out the gate.
