Let me put it this way - medically I'm 100% average and healthy because of my build, but the occasional basic weight chart will put me just a smidge or two over what I should be.
My I deal weight would be like 125. Hope I get there, but I'll actually have to try to get there instead of coasting like I am right now. And the hunger that comes with diet and exercise kills me.
