I didn't even expect to chart, but there were only like 60 people who participated and I think a lot of people who have charted should be higher. It's a flop. There's even 2016 members on this list.. Like.. it's just my opinion though.

There were 68 - not much fewer than last year - who noticed, took the time to rank their favorite users, and submitted. This thread is therefore made for and by the users who participated and the hard-working hosts.
