Yeah it's honestly just TERRIBLE that somebody would do something like that. I'm sure both of those cases occur but I'm nearly positive that in this case (and the large majority of similar cases) it's the latter. The man who dealt him is getting arrested, or may have already even. Regardless of the rat poison tho, a law recently passed here in NJ that you can be arrested and charged with murder if somebody dies from an overdose of drugs that you gave to them.
