Yeah, I haven't heard the 700k figure until now.

Billboard says Sorry got 3.8M total streams. They also go on to say that 80% of that 3.8M came from youtube (3.04M). I'm guessing that's where the 700k figure comes from. I used the figure from poprulestheworld when doing my predictions, which has it listed at 2.1M streams for that week. However, when I just double-checked youtube insights, it says Sorry got 2.8M youtube streams for the week. That still leaves a discrepancy of 240k from what Billboard is reporting.
If Sorry was #43 this week, I'm guessing that would mean it got around 6.2-6.6M streams (basing that off of AIMH's 7.1M streams at #32).
Now, this past week, both youtube insights and poprulestheworld reported 6.6M streams for Sorry. So, I'm guessing that's a pretty solid figure. It's safe to assume that its streams from outside of youtube did not drop from 700k to nothing.
My best guess is that the difference between the 3.04M and 2.1M from last week was subtracted from this week's total. If Sorry got about 6.4M streams, subtracting the 700k it got from Tidal, that would leave it at about 5.7M from youtube. Once again, that's about a 900k difference from what was reported to us. This time, in the other direction.
I feel pretty confident about that being the situation. I'm telling you... a real Lean On situation. This is why streaming screws me up. I don't know if what was reported to us was inaccurate or not, but it obviously didn't jive with what Billboard was using.
