I'm scared. I'm in the process of weight loss. I've been going to the gym, lifting weights, eating healthier, for the past month Noah everything is a-ok! But I have to quit drinking coffee. Even tho coffee IS good for you. What I add to my coffee is not. I have 9 cups of coffee a day, two teaspoons of sugar and two teaspoons of coffee mate (whitener) in each cup. That is 540 calories I'm adding to my coffee. So I need to quit. I hate black coffee. I thought to myself, why am I adding substances to my beverage in order for me to like it? So I decided to quit drinking coffee all together. But I'm scared though. I'm so scared. The second it goes down my throat I instantly feel happy, this euphoric feeling of hope. I've been drinking it since I was 6. Yes 6 years old. And didn't start having full pots to myself until I was around 13 ish. so it's a HUGE part of my life. It's everything I know. And I'm scared as hell. I was able to quit smoking no problem, but that was different.

It's the only sugar I really consume. I don't eat chocolate, candy, cakes, muffins or anything sweet.

But I'm scared. If I quit drinking it, how much weight should I expect to see gone just from cutting out sugar, and while working out 3-5 times a week?
