21 sold 12,000 copies last week (exactly the same as last week also), 'total' of 28,085,000 so far.
(I put 'total' in quotation marks as we all know '25' has sold 20m+ copies worldwide, and '21' has sold 30m+ worldwide.)

Ending a 14-week absence from the chart summit by sprinting 14-1, Adele's 25 was the beneficiary of a double whammy with her Saturday (25 June) set at the event, and the fact that the album was finally made available for streaming, enabling it to increase sales by 231.38% week-on-week and secure an easy 13th week at No.1. Its overall sales of 24,837 included 3,412 from streams and helped the album to surpass the 3m sales mark 220 days (less than 32 weeks) after its release. It thus breaks the previous record for fastest 3m sale set in September 2011, when her second album, 21, reached the target in 227 days.
With a to-date tally of 3,019,219, 25 thus becomes the sixth album by a female solo artist to sell more than 3m copies, trailing 21 (4,944,516), Amy Winehouse's Back To Black (3,756,543), Shania Twain's Come On Over (3,401,958), Leona Lewis' Spirit (3,138,711) and Dido's No Angel (3,088,730). Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill has been certified 10x Platinum, which would indicate a sale of 3m, though its running tally is 2,742,868
